I’m Nicolas,
I have had an extensive background in hospitality, most notably, managing La Folie Douce Val d’Isère, the most iconic place in the Alpes of France.
Most recently I’m thrilled to have been managing at the Club of United Business, club designed for the needs of today’s business leaders.
I was born in Montpellier, which is right in the middle of the biggest French vineyard area. Naturally, this brought me to study all the processes to grow grapes in order to produce the best wine.
I always been curious and like challenges, this brought me to explore and ultimately gain a lot of experience and knowledge from different industries in my 20’s. From chemistry passing by video & electrical networks to hospitality. Then now focusing on automation, management and entrepreneurship.
I came in Australia over 9 years ago and I rapidly created opportunities for me, I was managing a several French restaurants in Sydney area and even launched a Korean one too. Then with one business partner we had the idea of a business club of that would bring together entrepreneur. Since then I never stopped learning and improving, animated by the passion of entrepreneurship and the thirst for knowledge. Challenging my future every day and gaining extensive experience in management and customer services.
For a couple of year now I’ve been focusing on the power of great workflows and automations. We all know that a well organise and easy to use workflow save lot of time, so we can focus on our most important work. My moto is now Streamline Workflows and Transform the Way your Business Operates to help maximize productivity.
As someone who has always loved creating experiences and sharing my knowledge, I will always take great pride in my work.
